Clinched is a sports talent and club-operations platform. Clubs, schools and universities use it to post vacancies and challenge other clubs to matches. Individual professionals use it to build profiles, receive relevant opportunities and apply in the app.

The roles covered include head coaches, forwards and backs coaches, S&C coaches, managers, physiotherapists, athletic therapists and referees. Each sport has its own grade structure and its own onboarding flow, so the same platform serves all three codes without forcing them into one generic model.
